It does not allow users to purchase new licences or change billing details or the payment method. Purchases made from September 2026 onwards are managed at <a href=\"https:\/\/lacolmenatecnologica.com\/\">lacolmenatecnologica.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Account access and security<\/h2>\n<p>Access is personal. Users must safeguard their credentials, provide accurate information and report any unauthorised access. La Colmena Tecnol\u00f3gica may temporarily restrict access where necessary to protect the account or service.<\/p>\n<h2>Subscriptions and renewals<\/h2>\n<p>Subscriptions remain governed by the terms accepted when they were purchased. While active, renewals are charged through the payment gateway and payment mandate linked to the subscription. The portal displays the information available in MemberPress; users may contact support if they identify a discrepancy.<\/p>\n<h2>Cancellation<\/h2>\n<p>Cancellation may be requested in the \u201cSubscriptions\u201d section where available or by emailing <a href=\"mailto:soporte@lacolmenatecnologica.com\">soporte@lacolmenatecnologica.com<\/a>. Cancellation prevents future automatic charges and does not, by itself, refund amounts already paid. Unless otherwise stated, subscription access and benefits remain available until the end of the paid period.<\/p>\n<h2>Availability and support<\/h2>\n<p>Maintenance or improvement work may temporarily affect access. For issues relating to the account, subscription status or cancellation, users may contact support.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsible use and liability<\/h2>\n<p>Accessing other users\u2019 accounts, automating login attempts, introducing malicious software or interfering with the portal is prohibited. The owner\u2019s liability is determined under applicable law and does not restrict consumers\u2019 mandatory rights.<\/p>\n<h2>Governing law<\/h2>\n<p>These terms are governed by Spanish law.
